Hi, my name’s CK and I’m a food addict. Well, OK, not really but it sounds more exciting than just saying my name, doesn’t it? I’m an Australian cook/baker dedicated to the wonder that is food p0rn. Welcome to my love nest: The Spastic Spatula. It’s all about the love of a good feast, eye candy and other foodie type things.

I’m a poor excuse for a cook but that doesn’t stop me from attempting a wide variety of deceptively simple recipes. Variety being the spice of life, and all that jazz. You’ll get to see the hilarious results. I don’t just burn things. I manage to make entirely new things in the process! Watch and learn

I come from a long line of craptastic cooks. My Father couldn’t boil a potato to save his life, despite spending more hours in the kitchen of a professional chef than any sane person should. My Father isn’t sane though so no need to worry there.
